When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. The Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify cm777 Support immediately via the Live Chat or Help Centre.
The Operator reserves the right to verify your Account at any time, including at the point of registration, at first deposit, before processing any withdrawal, and on an ongoing basis as required by applicable AML obligations. Failure to complete verification in a timely manner may result in suspension of Account access or withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

You must only submit genuine, unaltered documents. Submitting forged, altered, obscured or otherwise falsified documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent Account closure, forfeiture of all balances and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier. All limits are stated in the Account's displayed currency. PKR limits apply where PKR is the selected display currency.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. The use of funds belonging to a third party — whether a family member, friend or any other person — is strictly prohibited. The Operator will not accept liability for transactions made from accounts not belonging to the registered User.
Deposit processing times vary by method. Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet transfers are typically processed near-instantaneously to within a few hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the User's bank processing timelines. The Operator cannot guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or the User's banking institution.
Funds held in your cm777 Account do not accrue interest. Deposited funds are held for gaming purposes only and are not investments.
You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted from accounts with incomplete or pending KYC will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactory.
Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the deposited amount via that method. This policy exists for AML compliance purposes. Any excess withdrawal amount may be processed via an alternative approved method at the Operator's discretion.
If your Account contains Bonus Funds subject to an outstanding Wagering Requirement, only Real Money Funds that are not locked by wagering obligations will be eligible for withdrawal in the first instance. The Operator aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to KYC completion and any security checks. Actual crediting to the User's payment account is then subject to the payment provider's own processing timelines. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source of funds evidence — before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests, as part of its AML obligations.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement — expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, or bonus plus deposit amount — will be stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement of PKR 1,000 would require PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a Wagering Requirement. Sports bets, slots, live casino and table games may contribute different percentages. Game contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms or in the general bonus terms section of the Platform.
The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus amounts and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine game engagement; use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer; or any other activity the Operator reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of promotional terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus promotion may be active per Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus promotion while another is active and incomplete may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
Specific rules governing sports betting markets, casino games and other gaming products on cm777 are set out within each game or market's individual rules section, accessible from the game/market interface. By placing a wager you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or human error that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes or any other inaccuracy, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return the relevant stake amounts to the players' accounts. Winnings generated from manifest errors — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds in cricket or football markets — will be voided.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: abandonment or cancellation of a sporting event; market suspension at the time of bet placement due to a technical issue; or where it is demonstrated that the bet was placed after the relevant event or outcome had already been determined.
The Operator sets minimum and maximum stake limits per wager, which are displayed in the relevant game or betting market. The Operator reserves the right to alter individual stake limits for specific Users at its reasonable discretion, particularly where patterns of play suggest exploitation of pricing errors or other operational concerns.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, is subject to an applicable legal obligation, or where continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable AML or fraud risk.
Where an Account is closed by the Operator due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse or money laundering — the Operator reserves the right to forfeit all Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a User breach, Real Money Funds will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and any pending AML review.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting cm777 Support via Live Chat or the Help Centre. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time for scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades or reasons beyond the Operator's reasonable control. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss of access, interruption of play or forfeiture of in-progress bets caused by such outages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (b) indirect, consequential or incidental losses; or (c) any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform. The Operator's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. The Operator is not responsible for gambling losses arising from your use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered and/or licensed. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution process available under the Operator's applicable licence, where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.
